Possible workshop formats include:

Learn a Dance
An excellent type of workshop for management training as leadership and team work are both essential and it calls for a small group of people. Four dancers will demonstrate a set piece of choreography and then lead a simple dance warm up session. Basic Irish instruction about posture, footwork and the primary step called a 'Jump-2-3' will be covered next, followed by the choreography. All stages of the process may be video taped for play back later.

Master Class
This exercise is designed for larger groups and focuses on team building for employees of all levels towards a unified goal. Dance formations are only successful if everyone is working together. This workshop begins with a demonstration of routines and formations followed by a basic warm up session. Basic Irish instruction about posture, footwork and the primary step called a 'Jump-2-3' will be covered next. Steps and group formations are then taught, working towards a final performance. All stages of the process may be video taped for play back later.
